Refund Terms and Conditions

Online Courses.
Full refunds (less an administrative fee of $30), are only available if you have not commenced any lessons/assignments. If you have commenced study and the facilitator has begun assessing your activities, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund for the unsubmitted sections of your course only.

In-person Courses.
Full or partial refunds are available depending on when attendance is cancelled and for what reason. Each enrolment form or event confirmation notice will have the specific conditions relating to refund for the particular course included. Please refer to your enrolment form/confirmation.

Retreats/Residentials.
Full or partial refunds are available depending on when attendance is cancelled and for what reason. Each enrolment form and confirmation notice will have the specific conditions relating to refund for the particular event included. Please refer to your enrolment form/confirmation.

E-books or E-documents.
As it is impossible to verify if you have deleted a downloaded product, unless the request for refund is made within 24 hours of purchase, no refunds are offered. If the request for refund is made by phone or e-mail within 24 hours, and you guarantee to delete any downloaded or e-mailed version of your electronic product, a full refund LESS 10% administration fee, will be made.

Physical books.
If the physical version of any book purchased via suelakeharris.com is returned to Sue in as-new condition and within a fortnight of purchase, a full refund of the book price will be made, LESS the cost that was applied to the postage/packaging of the book originally. The cost to return the book is the responsibility of the purchaser and the book should be packaged in such a way as to protect it thoroughly during transit. Trackable postage is essential so that there is no question regarding the date of the book’s return journey.
